Job Title: HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues.
• Perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.
• Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs.
• Provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns.
• Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components.
• Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Essential Skills

• Advanced understanding of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation principles.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment.
• CFC Certification.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Experience with duct work and electrical repairs.
• Ability to work with indoor and outdoor units.
• Experience in start-ups, preventative maintenance, and warranty repairs.
