Project Manager (Part-Time)

Job Description

Schedule varying between 20-30 hours/ week

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support early stage AI initiatives while playing a key role in evolving our PMO capabilities, governance, and reporting practices. This role sits at the intersection of AI program support, agile transformation, and data driven project reporting. The ideal candidate has hands on experience managing AI or advanced analytics projects that are not yet in production, contributing to best practices and governance, and translating manual project data into Power BI dashboards. This role will also help shape our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and mature our project intake and measurement frameworks.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a PMO or enterprise delivery environment

-Demonstrated experience managing or supporting AI, advanced analytics, or emerging technology initiatives

-Experience working with projects that are pre production or in early lifecycle phases

-Strong background using Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery

-Proven experience exporting project data into Power BI and building dashboards

-Comfort working with manual data, Excel based reporting, and formulas during transformation periods

-Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
