A-Level Automotive Technician
We are looking for an A-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have an extensive service technician background with over 5 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done, while overseeing lower level technicians and offering support. Benefits * Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities * Diagnose and perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission diagnostics, and hybrid/EV systems. * Utilize Ford IDS and other OEM diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues. * Perform in-depth warranty repairs and ensure compliance with Ford service standards. * Mentor and guide B-Level and entry-level technicians, assisting with their development and training. * Execute advanced vehicle programming and software updates. * Work closely with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair needs. * Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all repair work. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive service technician experience. * Ford Senior Master Technician or equivalent ASE certifications preferred. * Expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and hybrid/EV system repairs. * Strong proficiency in Ford diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS, or equivalent). * Ability to lead and mentor lower-level technicians. * Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
