Server
Amá, Chef Frankie Ramirez’s live fire Mexican kitchen is seeking enthusiastic and professional candidates for the Server position to join our team, located in Fishtown.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- As a Server at Amá you are responsible for providing guests with the highest possible standard in service and are responsible for the complete sales and service of food, beverages & experience.
- Servers must possess leadership skills, be personable with guests and be able to anticipate their needs- working with a warm, knowledgeable & noticeably appreciative demeanor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Toast POS
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of hospitality experience in a chef driven establishment is preferred but not at must.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety procedures
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Fluent in English and Spanish would be a plus!
