The Excavator Operator role focuses on operating heavy machinery such as CAT 374 or larger equipment for landscaping and site preparation projects. The position emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols and efficient production to meet operational goals. Operators will use GPS and machine control technology to enhance precision and are expected to work regular day shifts with availability for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including CAT 374 or larger
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols using standard safety gear
- Maintain equipment according to operational standards
- Perform routine machinery checks and report issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
