We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PRN Laundry Aide to join our team at Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As part of our dedicated healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility by ensuring that all linens, clothing, and other items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and stored. Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, and fold clothing and other items to ensure they are clean and hygienic
• Operate commercial washing and drying machines to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of items
• Fold, package, and hang clean linens and clothing for distribution to patients
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including sorting, folding, and storing items in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with special requests, such as washing and ironing gowns and uniforms for patients and staff
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
• Perform tasks that require attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients
