Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper OEM procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full refinishing of vehicles including base coat, clear coat, blending, and spot repairs
- Mix, match, and apply paint using digital systems and manufacturer TDS specifications
- Properly prep, mask, and finish surfaces for a flawless refinish
- Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain paint booth, guns, and equipment in optimal condition
- Follow all safety, environmental, and shop SOPs
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional automotive painting experience (collision repair preferred)
- Proficiency with waterborne systems (Sikkens, Glasurit, or similar a plus)
- Strong eye for color and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- I-CAR or OEM certifications a plus (not required but encouraged)
