Pay: $20-$22

Hours: 1st and 2nd Shift

2nd shift: 2:45pm-11pm, OT finishes at 1:15am (1 in Utiflex - should have some a core/extruder or mold injection machine operating experience)1st shift: 6:30am-3pm, OT starts at 4:15am (1 in Utiflex - should have some core/extruder or mold injection machine operating expeirence)

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing activities, including the production and inspection of products to ensure they meet customer requirements. You will engage in soldering, simple cable assembly, and connector operations to build high-quality products. Your role will involve converting raw materials into finished products, building products to standard rates, and completing in-process inspections. You will also interface with computer software for document retrieval and data entry, and demonstrate proficiency with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities including the production and inspection of products.
• Solder and conduct simple cable assembly and connector operations.
• Convert raw materials into finished products and build products to standard rates.
• Read job orders for product specifications and complete in-process inspections.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools.
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler or tape measure.
• Willingness to cross-train and be effective in various processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with microscopes, compactors, and measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pottstown,PA.
