We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support one of our clients in the Nazareth, PA area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion processes, along with strong troubleshooting skills to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Plastic Molding Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Operate and monitor injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion machines
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards Document production data and report issues to supervisors

Plastic Molding Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
