Essential Job Requirements: Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Driver

Driver Type & Route

• Company Driver: This is a W-2 company driver position.
• Trucking Route: Over-the-Road (OTR), requiring drivers to be comfortable with long-haul routes and extended time away from the home base.

Location & Commute

• Home Base: Shippenville, PA 16254
• Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute to the Shippenville, PA location or be actively planning to relocate to the area before the start date. (Required)
• Work Location: One fixed terminal/dispatch location.

Experience & Certification

• License/Certification: Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A. (Required)
• Driving Experience:
  • One (1) year of recent experience as a Heavy & Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver is preferred.
  • One (1) year of general commercial Driving experience is preferred.

Compensation & Bonuses

• New Starting Pay: $0.52 CPM {inlcudes $0.06/mile built into your base rate for weekly efficiency (safe driving, no preventable incidents) during your first 12 months.}
• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 paid out over your first two years..
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $200 bonus for accident/incident-free driving.
• Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000 for every qualified driver you refer.

Consistent Home Time & Accessorial Pay

We guarantee you are Home on Weekends with your required 34-hour reset.

Accessorial/Incentive Pays:

· 8 different incentive pays including:

o Drop Fees

o Layovers

o Nested Unloading

o Various Materials Return

o Clean DOT Checks
