What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Inspect lighting, HVAC units, plumbing, safety equipment, and other areas regularly.
• Assist residents with minor repairs and moves.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, outdoor areas, and community vehicles.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and coordinate with vendors for complex repairs.
• Ensure maintenance coverage for after-hours emergencies.

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience in building maintenance (Assisted Living experience preferred).
• Knowledge of:
  • Plumbing: commodes, fixtures, drains, heaters, dishwashers, ice machines.
  • HVAC: operation/mechanics of heat pumps, refrigeration systems.
  • Electrical systems: wiring, voltage, amperage.
  • Mechanics: design and operation of engines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to communicate clearly, use sound judgment, and handle emergencies effectively.
