Landscape Crew Leader

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily field operations, guiding a small crew, and ensuring that every project meets our standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn and landscape maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and property cleanups
• Monitor quality control on all assigned properties
• Communicate job progress and any issues to production managers
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment responsibly
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on job sites

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn and landscape maintenance
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lead by example and maintain crew productivity
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
