We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who can lead the floor, rally the team, jump behind the bar when needed, and keep the energy high from open to close.
This isn’t a clipboard-in-the-corner management role. We want a leader who thrives in the action, loves hospitality, builds strong teams, and knows how to create a vibe guests want to come back to.

What You’ll Do Run the Show- Lead daily FOH operations with confidence, urgency, and positivity.
- Own the guest experience from the front door to the final check drop.
- Keep service smooth, organized, and high-energy during busy shifts.
- Jump in wherever needed — expo, hosting, bar support, table touches, problem solving — no task is beneath you.
- Create a fun, team-first atmosphere while holding high standards.
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Run impactful pre-shift meetings that get the team fired up and prepared.
- Build schedules that balance business needs with team success.
- Develop future leaders through coaching and accountability.
- Celebrate wins, improve weaknesses, and help create a culture people actually want to be part of.
- Work with leadership on beverage ideas, specials, and promotions.
- Keep liquor cost, waste, and ordering under control without sacrificing quality.
- Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest concerns quickly and confidently to turn problems into repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
- Assist with cash handling, nightly reports, and opening/closing procedures.
- A natural leader with strong hospitality instincts.
- Someone who can command a busy dining room while keeping calm under pressure.
- Experience managing high-volume restaurants, bars, or hospitality venues.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A hands-on mentality and willingness to lead by example.
- Passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and team culture.
