About the Role – Cook I

As a Cook I, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our members and guests. You'll help lead your station, ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, and contribute to the smooth, efficient flow of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support kitchen teammates in your assigned area
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and precision on your station
• Execute dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Prep, cook, and plate food for à la carte and banquet service
• Use knives and kitchen equipment skillfully and safely
• Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or resort
• Strong station skills (grill, sauté, garde manger preferred)
• Catering/banquet experience a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and service
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
