Speech Pathologist
BlueCloud Staffing is currently recruiting a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve throughout the school year in a notable Reading, PA school district. If youre passionate about supporting student communication development through therapy, assessments and collaborative educational practices, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting detailed speech and language assessments to identify student needs
Crafting and implementing individualized therapy plans and goals
Delivering therapy services either individually or in small groups
Collaborating with classroom teachers, support specialists, and administrative teams to support student communication across settings
Monitoring student progress, adjusting interventions, and participating in IEP team meetings
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
An active Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE school certification
Prior school-based experience (strongly preferred)
Excellent collaborative, communication and organizational skills
