Responsible for playing a vital role in change management that will drive the success of the company going forward.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the development and implementation of change management strategies for organizational initiatives in partnership with change COE and business leads.

  • Work under the guidance of senior leaders, gaining exposure to enterprise-level change programs while building skills in analysis, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Gain visibility into enterprise transformation programs, building awareness of how multiple initiatives intersect and contribute to the overall FedEx strategy.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assist with change impact assessments to identify scope, risks, and areas of resistance.

  • Lead the development of change roadmaps, communication plans, and training materials under the guidance of change leads, including engagement assets to enable adoption and understanding.

  • Assist in defining change goals and success metrics and support the monitoring and measurement of effectiveness through feedback, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and other data sources.

  • Contribute to COE knowledge assets and participate in upskilling/orientation sessions to build expertise in enterprise change frameworks.

  • Coordinate with business partners to align change management activities with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining awareness of dependencies, overlapping stakeholder groups, and initiatives across programs to ensure integration and agility.

  • Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and transfer efforts across teams and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with partners such as HR, Learning & Development, IT, and Communications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Four (4+) plus years of relevant experience in change management, program implementation, or HR consulting in a corporate or enterprise environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to apply FedEx change management methodologies, tools, and best practices in cross-functional or global project environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts through clear messaging and effective storytelling tailored to diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of turning data and insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, engaging cross-functional peers and departments to accelerate progress and ensure alignment.

  • Consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize insights, and provide clarity and direction in unstructured or evolving environments.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while remaining proactive and focused on continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze data and create compelling visualizations.

  • Commitment to professional growth, with a desire to deepen consulting expertise, expand knowledge of enterprise change frameworks, and progress into more senior change roles.


Preferred Qualifications:
Consulting as well as in-house change management experience, experience designing change roadmaps, enterprise and organizational change management experience.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay: Memphis, TN Range: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo. Plano, TX Range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo. Moon Township, PA Range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo. Miami, FL Range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo. (FEC E27).

Additional Details: The desired locations for this position are Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, Moon Township, PA, or Miami, FL. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
