Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Produktionsstandort
- Aufbau und Strukturierung einer neu gegründeten Fertigung
- Führung von ca. 50 Mitarbeitende, Ausbau auf ca. 100 Mitarbeitende bis Jahresende
- Führung und Entwicklung gewerblicher Teams im Shopfloor-Umfeld
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Output, Termintreue und Effizienz
- KPI-basierte Steuerung von Produktion (Output, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Operative Präsenz in der Fertigung (Hands-on)
- Stabilisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen in einer neuen, noch im Aufbau befindlichen Fabrik
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Bestehende Arbeitserlaubnis in den USA (US-Staatsbürger, Green Card oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis)
- Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Ingenieurstudium oder Meister mit Weiterbildung)
- Mindestens 8–10 Jahre Führungserfahrung in Produktion / Manufacturing
- Nachweisliche Führung größerer Teams
- Erfahrung im Ramp-Up von Produktionsstandorten oder in Transformationsprojekten
- Erfahrung mit Fertigung komplexer Produkte in kleinen Losgrößen
- Branchenhintergrund im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Industriefertigung
- Erfahrung mit großen Metallstrukturen sowie Elektrotechnik / Verkabelung von Vorteil
- KPI-getriebene Produktionssteuerung
