Position: Cook (Full-Time)

Are you a passionate, creative cook ready to grow with a new, exciting venture? Tables And Taps is now open, and we're looking for a talented cook to help us maintain and expand a unique dining experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is creative, energetic, and passionate about food
• Has a strong commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices

Has previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
• Manage inventory and control food costs while maintaining quality.
• Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Plan and execute menus, including special events and banquets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen activities.
• Collaborate with management to enhance dining experiences and customer satisfaction.

Salary: DOE (depends on experience)
