Location: Based in Newtown Square, PA. Job sites across Delaware, Chester & Montgomery Counties

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Overtime: Available

About the Role

Top Rock Masonry is seeking an experienced Skilled Mechanic / Specialist to lead and support job-site production on high-end residential and commercial masonry, hardscape, and concrete projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring layout, blueprint reading, and equipment operation in the field (with occasional shop tasks).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support job-site production, quality, and workflow
• Perform accurate layout/job prep and read blueprints
• Operate heavy equipment: trucks, skid steers, excavators, loaders
• Maintain and troubleshoot jobsite tools and small engines as needed
• Ensure safety standards, professionalism, and clean jobsites
• Communicate progress and needs with crew and management
• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate/high skill level and experience in masonry/hardscape/concrete, etc.
• Valid Driver’s License required and current at the time of start date.
• Efficient in operating equipment and working outdoors in all weather types
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be adaptable as we are a private masonry company that services many different job sites and clients on a daily basis.
• Must have confidence in their skill and be able to delegate tasks and lead a crew to get jobs completed in a timely and efficient manner.
