What you’ll own

• Execute field repairs and installations to standards, protecting equipment integrity and customer uptime.
• Champion safe work practices; report incidents and near misses promptly to sustain a zero lost-time environment.
• Strengthen customer responsiveness—join sales calls, conduct technical walkdowns, and craft solutions that set our proposals apart.
• Close the loop with accurate documentation: Service Reports, Customer Call Reports, Expense Reports, and Time Sheets that drive correct invoicing and follow-up.
• Recommend process improvements to boost response speed and data accuracy.
• Adhere to department guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Apply vibration analysis and laser alignment to balance and test rotating equipment.
• Spot and nurture new opportunities—capture details in CRM, coordinate with Sales, and expand IR’s installed base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a relevant technical capacity (millwright, maintenance, engineering, or field service).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal requirement: The job includes an assigned vehicle, so the candidate must have a valid license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle background check.

Rewards

• Annual incentive plans.
• Pay range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on skills, experience, training, certifications, and location.
