Seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. We offer a high-performance environment where restorative excellence and advanced technology—including iTero/TRIOS scanners and AI diagnostics—intersect to provide superior patient outcomes.
Compensation & Perks
- Top-Tier Pay: Guaranteed daily base or 28–32% of adjusted collections (whichever is greater).
- Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and no weekends.

- Growth: Annual CE stipend specifically for implants, endodontics, and clear aligners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a full-scope general practice (restorative, endo, and extractions).
- Master digital workflows for fixed, removable, and implant-supported cases.
- Partner with a skilled clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
What You Bring
- DMD/DDS from a CODA-accredited school with an active/eligible OR license.
- A "patient-first" mindset and comfort with digital dentistry.
