Lead Brand Ambassador

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Lead Brand Ambassador to champion our brand and elevate our presence at events such as home shows, fairs, and festivals. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging with diverse audiences, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and fostering authentic connections that inspire loyalty. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive brand awareness, support marketing initiatives, and create memorable experiences that resonate with customers.

This is a per hour contractor position with bonuses for scheduling appointments, identifying events to participate in and collecting contact information.

Duties

• Represent the brand confidently at events, trade shows, and promotional activities to attract and engage potential customers
• Conduct engaging product demos and provide answers to customer questions that highlight features and benefits in a clear, enthusiastic manner
• Collect valuable data during interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer targeting
• Support sales efforts by scheduling free in-home consultations for ShelfGenie products
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute event marketing campaigns that increase brand reach and engagement

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage with people and quickly build rapport
• Skilled in event marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure at public gatherings
