What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
