- Reviewing project specifications and supporting engineering documentation
- Coordinating design efforts across internal engineering teams, external engineering partners, and site contractors
- Managing engineering document submissions to customers and vendors
- Reviewing vendor quotes and purchase requisitions for compliance with project specifications
- Tracking engineering progress and supporting project schedule updates
- Coordinating inputs to 3D models and resolving engineering issues
- Preparing project schedules and assisting with project reporting
- Supporting vendor follow-up and expediting activities
- Participating in customer meetings and supporting communication through the Project Manager
- Coordinating responses to contractor RFIs during construction
- Supporting site activities during construction and commissioning
- Tracking material and equipment status within project systems
- Ensuring design updates and changes are properly incorporated into project documentation and models
- Supporting preparation of shipping documentation and project close-out materials
- Assisting with as-built documentation and final project records
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, AutoCAD files, and P&IDs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with water or wastewater infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with SAP
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D or Plant 3D
