General Job Description: This is wage enforcement work in the Labor Standards Unit of the Department of Labor. Employees in this class are responsible for monitoring and reviewing certified payrolls and ensuring proper wage determinations are applied in the wage compliance specialty. Employees in the Diversity Compliance specialty monitor and review minority participation to ensure diversity of workforce to meet specified goals.

The Requirements are as follows:

EDUCATION:

Education equivalent to completion of the twelfth school grade.

AND

EXPERIENCE:

Three years of administrative experience in the preparation and processing of payroll or contractual documents in a construction, legal, or social service agency.

Three years of inspectional experience which has involved eliciting information from the public.
