What You'll Do as a Roofing Production Manager:

• Schedule and coordinate roofing projects, crews, materials, and timelines
• Oversee daily roofing operations across multiple active job sites
• Serve as the main point of contact for foremen and crews during active projects
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and address questions
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews are prepared for each job
• Troubleshoot job site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure completion, cleanup, and customer satisfaction

• Experienced in Roofing: 5+ years in roofing with hands-on experience as a foreman, crew lead, or project manager
• Strong Organizer: Able to schedule jobs, manage timelines, and keep multiple projects running

• Clear Communicator: Keeps crews, customers, and the office aligned throughout each project
