MR Roofing is looking for a Roof Repair Technician to join our team. Our work takes us to unique, challenging projects because of our standing seam metal, cedar shake, and shingle roofing expertise. Our team culture blends independence with shared purpose—and we're looking for someone who thrives on both.

What You'll Do as a Roof Repair Technician:

• Start your day at 6:00 AM and travel to customer sites within a 1.5-hour radius of Manheim.
• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and explain the inspection or repair process.
• Conduct a 26-point roof inspection, diagnose issues, and take detailed photos.
• Create quotes and clearly explain your findings, repair options, and added-value suggestions.
• Present estimates, upsell when appropriate, and get customer approval for services.
• Complete agreed-upon roof repairs or maintenance with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, completed work, and customer interactions.
• Manage your schedule and resolve any customer concerns as needed.
• Ensure each job meets our safety, workmanship, and customer service standards.
• Review your daily schedule and stock your service truck as needed.
• Work an average of 55-60 hours per week.

Our Ideal Roof Repair Technician :

• Experienced: Has 5-8 years of hands-on roofing experience, preferably with cedar shakes, shingles, and metal roofing. Comfortable with diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and cleanings. Experience with spouting, skylight installation, project management, and basic sales awareness is a plus.
• Independent: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage their schedule and appointments without constant oversight.
• Customer-focused: Communicates, builds trust, and provides top-notch service from inspection through repair.
• Safety-minded: Follows safety protocols and models safe practices on every job site.
• Active: Comfortable with ladders, heights, and lift equipment; able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using computers; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Certifications: DOT Medical Card required. OSHA 10 and lift certification are a plus.
