Director of Sales and Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and grow market share using Bulksource and Salesforce.
Administration: Oversee scale house operations, ensuring accurate material tracking and customer service.
Management: Handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Public Relations & Government Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for community and regulatory agencies.
Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
Team Leadership: Supervise sales and administrative teams.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales management, ideally in quarry or materials industry.
Knowledge of business administration, budgeting, and compliance.
Proficiency in Bulksource and Salesforce.
Strong communication skills for public and government interactions.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and scale house operations preferred.
