A growing legal practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative team handling complex and sensitive family law matters. This role is key to ensuring efficient case management, high-quality client service, and strong attorney support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and discovery materials
• Manage case files and document organization using legal practice management systems
• Track deadlines, court filings, and maintain case calendars
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support discovery processes, including drafting and reviewing responses
• Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely billable time entry (target: 1400 hours annually)

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with Pennsylvania family law experience required
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family court procedures, filings, and rules
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Primarily in-office role with potential hybrid flexibility
• Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

$75,000-$90,000 DOE
