Paralegal
Family Law Paralegal
Location: Lancaster or Harrisburg, PA

This role is key to ensuring efficient case management, high-quality client service, and strong attorney support.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and discovery materials
- Manage case files and document organization using legal practice management systems
- Track deadlines, court filings, and maintain case calendars
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Support discovery processes, including drafting and reviewing responses
- Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely billable time entry (target: 1400 hours annually)
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with Pennsylvania family law experience required
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family court procedures, filings, and rules
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Work Environment xrczosw
- Primarily in-office role with potential hybrid flexibility
- Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

$75,000-$90,000 DOE
