Responsibilities

Motivated professional needed for fast paced Personal Injury team. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. If you possess great attention to detail, good communication skills, both written and verbal and can prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities include handling premises/auto liability, workplace, product liability and other case files along with a team leader from case inception to resolution:

Pre-suite investigation

Drafting Complaints

Drafting Responsive Pleadings

Drafting Motions and Responses

Discovery Production and Requests

Assisting with Expert Reports

Attend Depositions, mediations, and other court events

Experience:

Minimum of three-years Plaintiff or Defense firm litigation experience.

A high level of complex litigation experience.

Must be a proficient in both research and writing. (Please provide writing sample)

Pennsylvania and New Jersey Barred Attorney (Required)

Job Requirements:

Excellent organizational, time management, research skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)

Must be a self-starter

The ability to work independently

Must be a team player
