Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a talented interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and quality of care.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community.
• Drive program growth while maintaining exceptional patient and family satisfaction.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• RN license preferred (varies by state).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance.
• Compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
