What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:

• Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
• Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
• Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
• Learning the Signature Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)

Residential Service Plumber Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Journeyman/Journeywoman and Master Plumbers welcomed
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Service call begins with diagnosing plumbing challenges then providing an estimate to close the sale
• Recommend repairs to customers
• Perform repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters
• Experience in drain cleaning, sewers and well pumps
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good record of driving
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
