Lead Implant Dentist

Our office is looking for a lead Implant General Dentist for our Pittsburgh, PA office. This office is expected to open in April, 2026 with patients starting to schedule in March. All applicants are required to have in-clinic experience placing traditional implants (all-on-4 pref.) and overdentures.

Requirements of the Dentist:

• Comprehensive General Skillset
• Ability to place traditional Implants (all-on-4 cases pref.) & Overdentures
• Team player, leader, motivated

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-service with limited PPO model
• Patient Base: 18 Years or older
• Fully Staffed Admin, front office, and clinical staff
• 60-80 new patients monthly
• Annual Office Production Estimate: $2 mil.

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $220,000-$250,000 base || 25% of Production (whichever is higher)
• $5K CE stipend, Malpractice coverage, Paid licensing fees
• 2 Weeks of PTO || 6 paid Holidays
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance coverage
• Practice covers lab fees of associate

Schedule:

• Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Monday – Friday (8:00-5:00)
• No Evenings, On call, or Weekends
