Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our brand.

$12 - $20 hourly

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star first impression.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointments through our booking system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and lobby area.
• Clean and reset headspa rooms and beds between clients to ensure a spotless, luxurious experience for each guest.
• Communicate clearly with stylists, therapists, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with retail sales, product education, and checkout transactions.
• Promote memberships, special offers, and seasonal packages.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Support daily salon operations, including light cleaning, restocking, and inventory.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for luxury beauty, wellness, and client experience.
• Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability — evenings and weekends as needed.
