Production Associate
- Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble custom exterior shutters.
- Inspect and box final products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Contribute to key projects and the overall production process.
- Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required for precise measurements and assembly tasks. The ability to add and subtract fractions is required.
- Reading a Tape Measure: Proficient in reading and interpreting measurements from a tape measure to ensure accuracy in production.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly as part of the job duties.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards in all tasks.
- Experience : Prior woodworking and/or production experience.
- Hands-on Experience: Work on meaningful projects and learn various aspects of the manufacturing process.
