Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.

The Opportunity

As part of the Privacy Law and Data Protection team you will develop, fine-tune, deploy, and maintain advanced language models to enhance their performance for specific applications. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while maintaining project success and upholding standards. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of machine learning research and software engineering, driving innovation and excellence in language model applications.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology

- At least 5 years of experience

- Master's Degree preferred

- Designing and fine-tuning large language models

- Collecting and preprocessing large datasets

- Implementing and optimizing transformer architectures

- Deploying models into production environments

- Developing metrics for evaluating model performance

- Working with product teams for integration

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
