Job Title: Mold Remediation Technician (General Laborer)

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Average day will start at 7:00am and end at 3:00pm.

Job Description:

· Partner with team members to complete assignments for the day.

· Perform supervised remediation services in clients’ residences. includes but is not limited to HEPA vacuuming surfaces, non-structural demolition, scrubbing surfaces.

· Remediation services must be completed with detail orientation.

· Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.

· Assist in loading unloading vehicles with materials, tools, and equipment.

· Regular usage of hand and power tools while working.

· Regular usage of other specified mold remediation equipment.

· Must wear PPE while performing work.

Ideal Candidate:

· Strong customer service skills.

· Construction or similar background. (a plus, but not necessary)

· Experience using hand and power tools.

· Good communication and listening skills.

· Ability to work as a part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

· Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling, kneeling, crouching.

· Standing for extended periods of time.

· Carrying, climbing, pulling, sitting, stooping.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years old or older.

· Must be able to pass company Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening and Physical.

· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

· Must have and maintain reliable transportation.
