Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in maintaining the high level of service our reputation is built on. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The role is face paced and requires focus and organization.


Our office team members work as a team. We assist and help one another on a daily basis. No one works on an island alone. They are all our customers, and it takes all of us to provide the level of customer service our customers are accustomed too.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Assist the team with administrative tasks and daily office operations
• Answer billing questions
• Help Customer to file claims and follow up on their claim process to ensure it is a smooth process
• Help assist customers with troubleshooting the Drive Safe and Save app or the State Farm App
• Maintain organized procedures and ensure attention to detail in all communications
• Help create a positive and professional office environment

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive, professional demeanor
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain the required license prior to start date

Licensing:

• Must be Property and Casualty licensed or willing to obtain the required license in approved time period.

Work Schedule:

• In-office position
• Non remote
• 5 days per week – Monday -Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays 8:30 to 1:30 PM - Firm Schedule
