Position Summary –

We are seeking an experienced and reliable diesel professional to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related systems on trucks and heavy equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities –

· Working with engine and chassis software (Cummins, Caterpillar, Paccar)

· Diesel engine trouble shooting, repair, and overhaul (Cummins and Caterpillar)

· Transmission, clutch, and differential trouble shooting, repair, and overhaul

· All other truck/trailer system troubleshooting and repair

Qualifications –

· 10+ Years of experience with major repair on Class 8 trucks

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong computer literacy and comprehension skills

· Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record

· Class 7 PA State Inspection License

· Must provide own tools (ERM supplies specialty tools and equipment)

· Thorough understanding of heavy truck and trailer systems

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
