As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

This position will require you to be proficient in the following:

• Advanced SQL for data research and analysis; ad-hoc querying
• Data mapping - map data from different systems into one common structure
• Expert communication with multiple business partners is essential
• Prior work experience with use cases, traceability matrix and test plans is preferred.

Job Description

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $105,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
