Cable manufacturer in Ephrata, PA is looking for 1st or 2nd shift Automation Technicians. Multiple openings! Initial virtual interviews available ASAP with onsite interview and tour to follow!

Shift: 1st and 2nd available

Pay Range: $28-35/hr

Job Description:

This role is in a climate controlled facility and focuses on configuring, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated production equipment, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and equipment reliability. The Maintenance / Automation Technician performs regular inspections, replaces wear parts, and supports production goals by minimizing downtime and improving process efficiency on complex automatic cable assembly equipment.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate complex automatic production equipment to support daily production requirements.
• 2+ years of experience working with automated or industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs and control systems required.
• Experience with robotics preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ephrata, PA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ephrata,PA.
