Quality Inspector - Up To 33/hr

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Pay Rate: $26 - $33/hour

Shift: 1st Shift Hours (Monday to Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and geometric inspections using CMM, SmartScope, and manual metrology tools.
• Create inspection reports and issue inspection certifications.
• Write and modify CMM and SmartScope programs for reverse engineering.
• Manipulate 2D and 3D CAD data for inspection processes.
• Schedule and prioritize inspection work.
• Train CMM and SmartScope users in the tool room or other departments.
• Schedule or perform maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with tolerancing and inspection.
• Quality experience with tight tolerancing down to the tenths.
• Candidates need some CMM experience, but various CMM types are acceptable.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturer of high-end catheters, featuring a proprietary tool room in Reading, PA, dedicated to producing precision tooling for R&D and manufacturing facilities worldwide. Enjoy a clean and organized setting, ideal for high-quality work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
