LRH Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Periodontist or Oral Surgeon to join our established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care, has a compassionate and confident chairside manner, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The specialist can anticipate a stable and fun environment with a committed, highly-skilled support team, and beautiful state of the art facilities.

About Our Practice

• In business over 30 years
• Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 8
• Total chairs: 14
• Schedule: 2 Fridays per month
• Practice annual revenue: $4.7m
• 80% PPO 20% FFS
• Active patients: 7,000
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral camera, etc.)

Compensation

• $1000 - $3000 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in the state of Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in Oral Surgery or Periodontics.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
• Periodontics: Highly proficient in aspects of Periodontics, including, but not limited to, implants, scaling and root planing, grafting, etc.
• Oral Surgery: Highly skilled in extractions, bone and tissue grafting, implant procedures, etc.
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
• Willingness to be in-network as needed.
