Shift: MondayFriday, occasional on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to work a 13-week assignment in Camp Hill, PA. This position is perfect for nurses confident with in-home visits and documentation using OASIS and Homecare Homebase. Join a supportive team and provide high-quality care to patients across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care

• Use HCHB to document patient visits

• Perform SOC, ROC, Recerts, and Discharges

• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Be available for on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania RN license

• 2+ years of recent home health experience

• Strong proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase

• Current BLS (AHA) certification

• Drivers license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
