SENIOR LOAN ADMINISTRATOR

: JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE: The principal goal of the Senior Loan Administrator is to support the day-to-day operation of the Corporate Banking department. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / OBJECTIVES:

• Respond to customers' service questions or concerns in a discrete, timely, accurate and courteous manner.
• Maintain current knowledge on new operations, policies, and procedures
• Complete loan input sheets to ensure loans are set up and maintained properly, following all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure that all bank required documents (i.e., flood certifications, OFAC, etc) are accurate and received prior to loan funding.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, composing letters, answering phones, filing, compiling data for reporting purposes.
• Work closely with and support lenders and other staff and departments.
• Assist Construction Admin as needs arise.
• Perform any job-related task as defined and deemed necessary by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum 2 years banking or admin experience required
• Good math aptitude
• Must have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good organizational/priority setting skills; ability to work on multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
