We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Carlisle Country Club team and assist with our growing membership and events program. This position is ideal for a relationship driven professional who has great attention to detail and thrives in a dynamic, member experience hospitality-focused culture.

What You’ll Do

● Market, schedule and confirm sales appointments with prospective members and event clients.

● Assist team in planning, organizing, and supporting member events and private functions.

● Assist in organizing, planning, and marketing sales events and promotions

● Maintain sales databases, event calendars, and marketing materials.

● Data entry, scheduling and correspondence preparation with the Membership Sales and Private Event Sales teams.

● Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and social media content.

● Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events.

● Build strong relationships within the community to enhance the club's visibility and reputation, along with attracting memberships and private events.

● Support member engagement initiatives.

● Coordinate New Member onboarding and welcome programs.

● Answer incoming membership and sales calls with professionalism and warmth.

● Jump in to assist wherever needed — teamwork is key!

What We’re Looking For

● Energetic and enthusiastic personality with solid relationship building skills

● Professional demeanor and presentation

● Passion for creating exceptional member and guest experiences

● Prior experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, and/or office administration preferred.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

● Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible with hours (some evenings/weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
