Onboarding Consultant

This position will report to the Director of Integration and Training, who specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions. All job duties are pertinent to Mergers & Acquisitions activity. Moderate travel is required and can fluctuate at any time. Accepted candidate will forego a 30-day training period before full benefits are effective; Posted salary is effective immediately upon date of hire.

Tasks for this position will include:

• Scanning, emailing, faxing
• Data Entry
• Use of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
• Providing training & resources to new M&A employees
• Close follow of M&A legal agreements
• Being a point of contact on M&A projects
• Tasks as assigned

Starting salary is $40,000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience. Experience includes:

• Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
• Directly working in the financial services industry
• Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
• Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses
