Residential Cleaning Team Member

SparClean is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our residential cleaning team. We clean homes throughout the local area and work together to give customers a consistent, high-quality cleaning experience.

This is a physical, fast-paced job. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes pride in their work, and understands that cleaning homes is a team effort.

Pay

Starting pay: $25 per cleaning hour

Team members can typically expect to earn approximately $100–$200 per day , depending on the number of houses scheduled, the length of the jobs, and how many houses you are willing and able to clean.

This position is paid based on scheduled cleaning hours . Daily earnings may vary depending on the customer schedule and team needs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Typical day starts around 7:30 AM
Typical day ends around 3:30 PM
No weekends
Optional night work may be available

Hours may vary depending on the cleaning schedule, customer needs, and number of homes assigned each day.

What You’ll Do

As a SparClean team member, you will work with a team to clean residential homes. Duties may include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, counters, and floors
• Following customer-specific cleaning checklists
• Using cleaning products safely and correctly
• Working efficiently with the team to complete each home
• Helping other team members when your assigned area is finished
• Representing SparClean professionally in customers’ homes

Team Expectations

This job requires everyone to pull their own weight.

Our team works together, and each person is expected to do their part. When one person does not keep up, the rest of the team has to pick up the extra work, which is not fair to the other team members.

We are looking for someone who understands teamwork, works at a steady pace, and takes responsibility for their assigned cleaning tasks. You should be willing to help others when needed, but you should also be able to complete your own work without others having to constantly cover for you.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, reach, and move throughout the day
• Must be comfortable working in homes with pets
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
