Our client, a respected and growing financial advisory firm based in Beaver, PA, is seeking a part-time People & Culture Leader to shape and strengthen the organization’s culture, talent development, and compliance practices. Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement
- Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership in maintaining a people-first culture.
- Learning & Development
- Design and implement training, career development, and professional growth programs tailored to the firm’s team members.
- Build career tracks that support advancement, retention, and succession planning.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration.
- Develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent in alignment with the firm’s long-term goals.
- HR & Compliance
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and industry-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Qualifications
- Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment.
- Strong background in culture-building, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
- Solid knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership in a part-time capacity.
