General Dentist
Our well-established group practice in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time dentist. With one of our senior doctors set to retire in late 2025, this is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, well-cared-for patient base and a collaborative environment that supports long-term professional growth
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- CBCT, Wave One Endo, and in-house lab capabilities
- Fee-for-Service and PPO (No Medicaid)
- See 8–10+ patients per day — not including hygiene
- Experienced staff, in-house lab, and collaborative environment
- Proficient in restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- $100K+ annual base, with earnings based on production after reaching the base threshold
- $50K–$60K average provider production per month
- Health insurance, Malpractice & liability coverage, License fee reimbursement, Continuing education support, All lab fees covered by office
Schedule for the Dentist (37.5 hours/week)
- Flexible Start Date — we’ll work with your schedule.
- Monday (7:30 – 7:30)
- Tuesday (7:30 – 7:00)
- Wednesday and Thursday (7:30 – 5:00)
- Friday (7:30 – 4:00)
- Off Saturday and Sunday
